Rates on all specialty vehicles will be available upon request.

These Are Specialty Vehicles:

Motor Coach/Luxury Liner Buses, SUV Stretch Limo, Regular Stretch Limo, SUVs’ &15 Passenger Vans.

All base rates will accumulate to a higher net charge after adding 20% Gratuity + Tolls & (parking if incurred).

All rides within New York State incur an additional 8.375% New York State tax surcharge.

We will allow each passenger an extra 15 minutes free wait time for pickups from their Home, Office and/or Private Jets.

For all commercial airport pickups passengers will receive a free hour towards wait time on all arriving flights based on departing flight time.

After the free waiting time, an additional charge will begin in every 15 minutes Increments.

All base fares are subject to change.

Discounts will be based on monthly volume.

There will be an extra $10.00 charge, on all destinations below 42^nd Street,        except for hourly rates.

There may-be an extra $10.00 service charge for late night (midnight) to            early morning (6:00 AM) pickups.

Additional $10.00 charge for stops made within the same pickup town, $20.00 for stops made in towns outside the pickup town within the same route toward the destination, and half of the base price, for towns not within the route of destination. Some restrictions and special cases may apply. Courtesy stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, a newspaper or to mail a letter, do not incur extra charges. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.

Severe Weather surcharge, may require minimum amount of hours regardless of destination.

Holidays Surcharges:

Holiday will be charged to all trips occurring on:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Christmas Day
Fourth of July
Thanksgiving Day

Credit Card Transactions:

We only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability, it will show as (Pending funds) if you check your credit card account statement on-line. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges just in case if you decided to make some additional stops you did not inform us of or changed your destination .We will then only charge your card on the day of the ride after swiping the card in the vehicle and giving you a total of your charges. We request your credit card information when you make a reservation even if you choose to pay cash as payment option. So we can charge your card if you did not show up or canceled after the mentioned cancellation grace period. Passengers are obligated to ask the driver for a receipt before leaving the car.

Disputes:

For Corporate clients with established corporate accounts (Meeting the $1000 a week minimum usage requirements), All charges of the confirmed invoice will be considered correct and due upon receipt. Unless we receive a written objection within 30 days from the invoice date in writing. Copies of the vouchers under dispute should be faxed or mailed to us and the disputed charges or items should be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and none refundable.

For Individual accounts and personal profiles, all charges applied to the customer's credit card will be considered correct. Unless we receive a written objection within 30 days from the charge date in writing. Copies of the credit card statement or credit card slips or vouchers should be faxed or mailed to us and the disputed charges or items should be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and none refundable.

All disputes should be forwarded to our billing department in writing by postage mail to 189-19 Linden Blvd. St. Albans, NY 11412, email to eagle.empress@gmail.com or fax to: (718) 712-0414. You are entitled not to pay the disputed amount until resolved. You might also be entitled for a refund in case of a credit card all upon our investigation results in the disputed amount.

Collection Fees:

You agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments due in case of non-payment.

Rates Changes:

Eagle Empress Limousine Service can change the rate booked as well as any other services, charges, costs, fees and expenses at any time without prior notice.

Our drivers are dressed in full dark colored suits, selective necktie, white shirt, and black shoes.

We will make sure our drivers continually maintain the immaculate condition of both the interior and exterior of the vehicles.
